These Terms of Service govern your use of zero2work.com and the purchase of services from Zero2Work. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
SERVICES
Zero2Work provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, and LinkedIn profile rewriting services. Services are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are as follows: Basic Package — $149, Professional Package — $249, Executive Package — $349. These are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

DELIVERY
Turnaround times begin once we receive your completed intake form. Basic: 72 hours. Professional: 96 hours. Executive: 120 hours. Delays caused by incomplete or late intake submissions are not the responsibility of Zero2Work.
REVISIONS
The Professional package includes 1 revision. The Executive package includes 2 revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The Basic package does not include revisions. Additional revisions may be purchased separately.
REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. We do not offer refunds once work has been delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All resume and career documents produced by Zero2Work are delivered for your personal use. You retain ownership of your personal career information. Zero2Work retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zero2Work does not guarantee employment or specific interview outcomes. We are not responsible for how employers, recruiters, or ATS systems evaluate your documents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Your personal and career information is used solely to complete your documents and is not shared with, sold to, or distributed to any third party. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete your order and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@zero2work.com.
YOUR RIGHTS

REFUND POLICY
Zero2Work is a digital service and work begins immediately upon payment. All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment is made — with one exception: if Zero2Work fails to deliver your completed documents entirely, you are entitled to a full refund.
REVISIONS
If you have concerns about your documents, the revision rounds included in your package are available to address them. Dissatisfaction with the documents is not grounds for a refund — non-delivery is the only basis for a refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email contact@zero2work.com with your name, order details, and reason for your request. We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

As a thank‑you for referring new customers, when a referred person completes and pays for a Zero2Work service (and their order is not canceled, refunded, or otherwise voided), the referrer may choose one of the following rewards:
- One complimentary revision for any eligible resume or career document, redeemable within five (5) years of issuance; or - A $50 credit toward future Zero2Work services or add‑ons.
This reward does not apply to initial job placement packages. Credits are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and expire one year from the date of issue. Rewards are applied after the referred customer’s order is completed and their revision period has ended. Self‑referrals, referrals that were canceled or refunded, and fraudulent referrals are prohibited; Zero2Work reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for suspected abuse or violations of program rules.
